Lodo is building a personal financial assistant to reclaim your “lost” money. Our mission is to effortlessly streamline your financial life, putting more money back in your pocket by killing the ‘loyalty penalty’ once and for all.
What is the loyalty penalty?
To us, the loyalty penalty is simply money left on the table. It's the result of life getting in the way: forgotten subscriptions, ‘loyalty’ rates for utilities or insurance that actually cost more, and savings accounts that have stopped paying their fair share.
Lodo's Origin Story
Lodo was born from a nightmare. After his phone was stolen in London, our founder Jonny was hit with £600 in fraudulent charges and tricked into a 24-month contract he didn't need.
Burned out from work and overwhelmed by the manual effort required to fix it, he realised that in the age of AI, no one should have to spend their weekends fighting financial friction.
He founded Lodo to be the assistant he wished he had: one that kills the loyalty penalty and automates the admin while you live your life.
Jonny soon met his co-founder, Luis, at the startup accelerator Entrepreneur First. Bonded by a shared passion for ending the loyalty penalty, they've been building Lodo together ever since.
